front door stoop with some problems! |

| Problem: front stoop foundation has settled and front stoop has sloped/leaned away from the house. Slope/Horizontal drop of landing: 3-3/4" over 4 feet in distance. (that's almost one inch per foot) | Solution: settled foundation is stable, skin the front stoop with pressure-treated framing & decking, add an additional step and add a more attractive vinyl handrail system. | |
